PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which a conventional structure having a constitution enabling one side spraying and both side spraying is complicate and could not adjust spraying amount by one shutter plate-opening and closing means or one electric operation apparatus, in a conventional fertilizer sprayer for spraying fertilizer while dropping the fertilizer. SOLUTION: The sprayer of fertilizer or the like is equipped with a frame 1, a hopper 2 fixed to the frame 1 and installing a plurality of fertilizer dropping ports 22 on the bottom 21, a plurality of shutter plates 3 capable of opening the fertilizer dropping ports 22 by sliding to hopper bottom 21, a rotary arm 4 detachably engaging with the shutter plates 3 so as to open or close each shutter plate 3 to left and right in the traveling direction, a shutter plate-opening and closing means for rotating the rotary arm 4 and a changeover means 6 for carrying out changeover action of engagement and disengagement in engaging state between the rotary arm 4 and the shutter plate 3 at a position enabling operation from a driver seat.
