<p>The method involves coating a substrate with a layer of an amorphous carbon. The carbon layer is locally fired with an ion, laser or electron beam for a local phase conversion of the amorphous carbon into graphite bond structures of the carbon for bonding regions that are spaced to each other with large volume and/or larger electrical conductivity. A metallic coating is applied on the regions. Scavenger molecules are deposited on the metallic coating of the regions over a bonding mechanism. Ion dosage of the ion beam is adjusted for adjusting under different distances of the regions. An independent claim is also included for a component with a surface structure for biosensors or producing a cell conductive structure.</p> |
