Provided is a functional paint composition which radiates far infrared rays, has an antibacterial effect, prevents the deterioration of concrete by controlling water of the inside of concrete according to environment and is highly resistant against salt. A functional paint composition comprises 95 wt% of a binder mixture which comprises 45-55 parts by weight of a ceramic powder having a particle size of 400-450 mesh, 15-25 parts by weight of a binder, and 5-10 parts by weight of a urethane resin; and 5 wt% of an additive. Preferably the ceramic powder comprises 25-35 wt% of kaolin; 15-25 wt% of silicate; 10-20 wt% of sericite; 5-10 wt% of quick lime; and 5-10 wt% of elvan. Preferably the binder is a nitrile rubber-based aqueous binder or an acrylic copolymer binder; and the urethane resin is an aqueous urethane-based resin. |
