SOLAR COLLECTOR SUPPORT FOR ROOFS AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING SAME

The invention relates to a solar collector support for roofs and to a method for mounting same. The support is integrated into the plane of the roof, housing the solar collector therein. The support is provided at least with one frame which can be anchored to roof purlins and on which the case of the collector is positioned. The side of the support is provided with means for concealing the collector service ducts, which extend into means for covering the area between the support and the roof. The support-mounting method is characterised in that a module formed by a frame and duct-concealing means is positioned on the roof and preferably anchored to the roof purlins. The area of the roof around the module is subsequently finished and means for covering the area between the support and the roof are then installed. Finally, the solar collector is put in place and the connections to the relevant ducts are established.
