<p>A control method of an air conditioner is provided to reduce load of a main microcomputer and effectively control a display unit by additionally including a display controller for controlling a display unit, and to check an error generated when transmitting and receiving information by using some data of information transmitted and received between the main microcomputer and the display controller as data for error detection. A control method of an air conditioner comprises the steps of receiving an order related with operation of the air conditioner through an input device, receiving the order through a first control unit, receiving the order from the first control unit through a second control unit, transmitting the order and a first data information including information about an operation state of the present air conditioner to the second control unit, resetting the operation state of the air conditioner according to the order included in the first data information, and transmitting second data information including information about the result to the first control unit, and displaying a part or all of the second data information transmitted to the first control unit.</p> |
