A feeding roller of a developer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a hybrid feeding roller using ionic conductive substance together with electron conductive substance, thereby realizing the feeding roller with low resistance. A feeding roller(15) for a developer comprises the following parts: a shaft(15a); and a conductive elastic member(15b) which is coated with the outer circumference of the shaft. The conductive elastic member is hybrid polyurethane foam where electron conductive substance is scattered to semi-conductive foam including ionic conductive substance. The electron conductive substance is conductive carbon black. The 80% of the hybrid polyurethane foam are open cells. |
