摘要 Provided are a porous filamentous nano-carbon having micropores of 2 to 30 nm and a method for producing the same to be used as absorbents, chromatography materials, catalyst supports. The porous filamentous nano-carbon has micropores of a tunnel shape toward a fiber axis from the outer circumferential surface. The porous filamentous nano-carbon has a platelet structure with carbon hexagonal net planes piled vertically to the fiber axis, in which the micropores are formed along the alignment of the carbon hexagonal planes. Also, the porous filamentous nano-carbon has a herringbone structure with the carbon hexagonal net planes aligned in a V shape around the fiber axis with an angle of 20 to 80 degrees, in which the micropores are formed along the alignment of the carbon hexagonal planes. The nano-carbon fiber has a diameter of 2 to 500 nm and an aspect ratio of 4 or more.
