A fold and dive seat structure in a vehicle is provided to prevent the baggage form interfering with a rear seat by folding the rear seat such that the rear seat is built in a floor panel. A fold and dive seat having a seat cushion(1) and a seat back(2) for a vehicle comprises a floor panel(6) having a seat fixing groove(10), a first hydraulic cylinder(20a) and a second hydraulic cylinders(20b). The first and second hydraulic cylinders have first ends, which are installed in the seat fixing groove, and second ends, which are installed in the seat cushion. The first and second hydraulic cylinders cross each other. A reclining handle is installed at a rear upper end of the seat back, and an up/down handle is installed at a rear lower portion of the seat back. |
