FERMENTED MILK CONTAINING ACANTHOPANAX SENTICOSUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Provided are fermented milk containing Acanthopanax senticosus extract which has good palatability and excellent immune activity and a method of manufacturing the same. A fermented milk is prepared by the steps of: inoculating raw milk or homogenized milk of raw milk and nonfat dry milk with a mixed-strain starter culture; culturing until the mixture reaches a predetermined acidity; and adding an Acanthopanax senticosus extract alone or a mixture of Acanthopanax senticosus extract and Codonopsis Lanceolata Root extract and homogenizing. The mixed-strain starter culture contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacteria longum and Streptococcus thermophilus.
