An apparatus and a method of manufacturing a display device are provided to improve the efficiency of light emission by making the volume of emitted light in a pixel area uniform. An apparatus of manufacturing a display device includes a stage(210), a vibration generating unit, and a vibrator(250). The stage is a place where a substrate is installed. The vibration generating unit generates vibration with the predetermined frequency of vibrations. The vibrator is connected with the vibration generating unit, and transmits the vibration generated from the vibration generating unit to the substrate. The vibrator is contacted with at least one pair of edges of the substrate.
