A urine collecting bag having an integral anti-reflux valve is provided to make the structure simple, to facilitate manufacturing work, and to reduce the cost. A urine collecting bag having an integral anti-reflux valve(120) is composed of at least one flexible sheet material(104) forming a fluid storing space(102) and the anti-reflux valve having a valve housing(122) defining a fluid receptacle(122d) disposed at the outside of the fluid storing space. The valve housing has a peripheral rim(122a) attached to at least one sheet material adjacently to an inlet formed on at least one sheet material. The inlet of at least one sheet material forms a flap on at least one sheet material. The flap is contacted with the peripheral rim of the valve housing in order to seal the inlet when the fluid flows from the fluid storing space to the fluid receptacle.
