<p>The device has capacitive type touch keys (10) activated by a user`s finger to define a capacitive value dependent on the position of the finger on the keys. An electronic processing circuit processes measurement signals provided by the keys, where one signal related to the value is compared with a reference signal to ascertain which key is activated. The keys have sensitive zones arranged in a longitudinal direction with a longitudinal portion of each zone shifted in a longitudinal direction of a longitudinal portion of an adjacent zone to define two rows of longitudinal portions.</p> |
