GRANULAR FERTILIZER, GRANULAR RESIDUAL GYMSUM FERTILIZER FOR PREVENTING GENERATION OF MALODOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A method for manufacturing granular fertilizer and/or granular residual gypsum fertilizer without malodor is provided to produce the fertilizer containing mineral nitrogen while preventing generation of malodor during production thereof by using the ammonia compound as a granulation agent as well as pH regulator to remove the malodor. The method comprises the steps of: adding a sulfuric acid compound to phosphoric acid residual gypsum to prepare a mixture; milling the mixture; and spraying ammonia compound to the milled phosphoric acid gypsum. The prepared granular residual gypsum fertilizer includes: 5-15wt. parts of sulfuric acid and 10-20wt. parts of ammonia compound to 100wt. parts of phosphoric acid gypsum and the ammonia compound reacts with the sulfuric acid compound as the granulation agent. The reaction is carried out at pH 6 to 8. The gypsum further includes alkaline compound such as blast furnace slag and powder thereof alone or in combination thereof.
