Provided is an ice sculpture which produces a scent, for example, a flower ice sculpture producing the scent of a flower, to create the feeling of life force to people. The apparatus for producing an ice sculpture producing a scent is constituted by a pair of molding frames(10a,10b) fixed by a male and female connecting device(13), a part of the top(11) being opened to receive water; a water supplier(60); a microcapsule supplier(20) containing a scent inside; a breakdown enzyme supplier(30) for supplying a breakdown enzyme for the microcapsule; a water circulating section(40) provided with a water suction tube(41) and a water drain tube(43); a water drain section(50) for forcibly draining water; and an ice-making tub. |
