A mobile communication apparatus with a detachable headset is provided to mount the headset on a housing of a terminal, so that the headset can perform short-range wireless communication with the terminal while being separated from the housing of the terminal to operate as an ear-microphone, thus usage convenience is realized. A housing(17) is equipped. A headset performs wireless communication with the housing. The headset provides a receiving unit by being mounted on the housing. The headset comprises as follows. An earpiece unit(46) is mounted with a speaker phone. A mounting unit(47) is detached from the housing as combining with the earpiece unit.
