A device for supplying reference time of a base station by using an indoor SPSR(Satellite Positioning Service Receiver) in a mobile communication system and a method therefor are provided to obtain reference time information of a base station equipped with the indoor SPSR, thereby increasing efficiency for an installation space by installing the base station indoors. An SPSR server(230) receives ephemeris information and almanac information from a satellite, and transmits the received information to a base station management server(210). A user DB server(220) stores location information of base stations(200,201,202). The base station management server receives the ephemeris information, the almanac information, and the location information, and includes time information which transmits the received information to send the information to the base stations. The base stations obtains reference time by using the information received from the server.
