A method for blocking spam calls and spam messages as immediately notifying of a subscriber state and a device therefor are provided to block spam calls and spam messages incoming to a subscriber, and to immediately transmit information which contains the subscriber's mood and call environment to a sender if the sender transmits a call connection request or a message. A telephone number, a text, personal information, a sound source, and a message are stored in a subscriber management server. If a sender requests a call connection or sends a message, it is retrieved whether the sender is a service subscriber or a call emergency switch is operated, and the sender's telephone number and related data are extracted to retrieve/compare whether the extracted data is identical with a search condition registered in the server(200-203). If so, the server retrieves sender-related sound source information and message according to a selected condition, and if the sound source information exists, the server extracts a sound source information key from a sound source management server, and if the message exists, the server extracts the message to send the message to the sender(210-212).
