An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to reduce power consumption by selectively supplying an output pixel data signal from a timing controller to a source driver. An LCD device includes a liquid crystal panel, a timing controller, and a data driver. The timing controller includes a line memory(220), an output controller(230), an output circuit(210), and an inversion signal generator(240). The line memory outputs the previous pixel data signal and stores the current pixel data signal. The output controller compares the previous pixel data signal with the current pixel data signal and generates an output control signal(OUT_CTRL) according to the comparison result. The output circuit selectively outputs the current pixel data signal in response to the output control signal and generates an OP-code corresponding to the output control signal. The inversion signal generator compares the previous pixel data signal with the current pixel data signal and generates an inversion signal(DPOL) according to the comparison result.
