A rectangular inner frame (8), carrying weights of a weight package (18) in slidable manner, are supported or rotationally journaled within a rectangular outer frame (11) via coaxial horizontal pivot pins (9,10). A non-elastic belt (22) is connected between a pair of press arms (42,43) and the weight package through a lever type system and freely journaled pulleys (25,26). A hydraulic cylinder (48) or electric motor turns the inner frame about the pivot pins between inclined and vertical positions.
