METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR UTILIZATION OF ASSOCIATED GASES OF GEOTHERMAL WELLS

Water from a thermal water well is led into a gas separation tank where its pressure is measured by a pressure metering remote transmitter. The separated gas is led into a gas motor for driving a generator through a drip pipe and a control valve. Current produced by the generator is supplied to an electric network and the thermal water leaving the tank is led to the customers through a heat exchanger. The control valves of the tank and motor and/or the cubic capacity of a drowned pump are controlled to equalize the average consumption of the motor and the cubic capacity of the separated gas. The transmitter and the control valve of the tank, the control of the drowned pump and/or the control valve of the gas motor are connected through a central control unit.
