<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal with a non-contact IC card function in which the non-contact IC card function incorporated in the radio communication terminal is used when a user enters a facility, to reduce the possibility that the radio communication terminal becomes malfunctioning because of a drop in the battery voltage value as long as the user remains in the facility, and the operation propriety state of the non-contact IC card function is displayed differently from the displaying of the operation propriety state of the original function of the radio communication terminal, even if, for instance, after the original function of the radio communication terminal stops operation. <P>SOLUTION: A battery table is changed to the battery table for entering a facility in which an alarm output voltage value is set to lower than before the user enters the facility, based on the communication with a prescribed terminal.
