<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and highly productive oxygen-enriching device for selectively extracting oxygen from an oxygen-mixed gas such as air, by using an electrochemical cell and producing a gas containing a high concentration of oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: This oxygen-enriching device comprises a plurality of electrochemical cells 10 provided with electrodes on its both surfaces, and a supporting substrate 20 for supporting the electrochemical cells 10.
