摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive foaming that is problematic in a manufacturing process of food and the like to improve workability at the time of manufacturing food. <P>SOLUTION: The antifoaming agent includes hydroxypropyl cellulose. The loading can be suitably adjusted by water content or an adjusting method.
