<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy estimate of a house, allowing purchase of the house including land and a building and at a money amount nearly as it is. <P>SOLUTION: This computer estimation system 1 for the house estimating the money amount spent for the house purchase has: a land information storage part 6; a land information selection means 7 making a user select land information; a building plan information storage part 9; a building plan information extraction means 10 extracting building plan information fit for the selected land information; a building plan information selection means 11 making the user select the building plan information; a building specification information storage part 12; a building specification information selection means 13 making the user select building specification information; an external element specification information storage part 14; an external element specification information selection means 15 making the user select external element specification information; a fund plan calculation means 16 calculating a fund plan for house acquisition on the basis of each piece of the selection information selected by the user; and a fund plan display means 17 displaying the calculated fund plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
