<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve at least one of shortening the time required for printing plate manufacturing and shortening an interrupting time for the printing plate manufacturing when a fault is generated in a drawing means. <P>SOLUTION: A printing plate manufacturing apparatus 10 manufactures a printing plate on a printing machine by using an inkjet recording system. The printing plate manufacturing apparatus 10 is constituted by comprising a plurality of drawing heads 20 and a guiding member. The drawing head 20 has a nozzle for delivering an ink for printing plate manufacturing, and delivers the ink for printing plate manufacturing from the nozzle while it moves in the direction in parallel to the rotating shaft Z of a plate cylinder 4 on which a printing plate is fitted, to form a drawing line image on the printing plate. Then, the drawing heads respectively independently move along the guiding member.
