<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire dust remover for finely dividing and entirely peeling an attached object attached to a power cable in a short time by forcibly bending the power cable and applying a bending stress, and safely and efficiently implementing a work for removing the attached object even if the power cable is thin and installed on a steep slope land, and an electric wire dust removing method using the electric wire dust remover. <P>SOLUTION: The electric wire dust remover is provided with a pair of left and right lower metal wheels 2a, 2b, and an upper metal wheel 2c upwardly disposed in the middle of the lower metal wheels 2a, 2b. The power cable P is gripped by the lower metal wheels 2a, 2b and the upper metal wheel 2c.
