<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system, and its data transfer method capable of reducing power consumption of the whole system during data transfer, and a program therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A function module B operated in a printer function section 101 transmits an asserted wait signal to a function module A when data processing transferred from the function module A operated in a controller function section 100 is out of time.
