摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a stable operation with low power consumption by scheduling execution of functional blocks so as to manage the total requested power of the functional blocks within an estimated value of power which can be supplied. <P>SOLUTION: Functional block identifiers are attached to all the functional blocks to allow connection of lists for storing priority of the identifiers and tasks, power mode values representing power states and power mode time representing duration of the power states in a RAM area which can be read and written by a power consumption management device. The power consumption management device assigns a one or a plurality of link lists for managing schedules of the tasks operating on the functional blocks, a link list for managing functional blocks being executed in a high power mode at present, a link list for managing functional blocks being stopped in a stop mode at present and a link list for managing functional blocks being executed in a lower power mode at present to control a power source and an operation clock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
