SURFACE TREATING AGENT, ADSORPTION FILTER, AND APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING GAS BY ADSORPTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adsorption agent from being warmed to become difficult to adsorb and a treated air from being warmed and evacuated after reactivating by warming an adsorption filter with the heat from a heating device when in reactivating process in an air conditioner having a heat-reactivating means and a rotary adsorption filter.

SOLUTION: The adsorption filter 9 which is not warmed by a radiant heat is obtained by coating a surface treating agent containing a material 10 reflecting infra-red rays on the surface or the end face of the rotary adsorption filter 9 so that the infra-red ray 16 from such as the heating device 12 is intercepted.
