<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a one side metal-clad laminate which can eliminate curling and warping during processing. <P>SOLUTION: In the one side metal-clad laminate, an electroconductive layer is formed on one side of a heat-resistant adhesive sheet having adhesive sheets containing a thermoplastic polyimide on both sides of a non-thermoplastic polyimide layer, and a heat-resistant backing layer is formed on the other side. The following condition is satisfied: 80≤(linear expansion coefficient of the electroconductive layer/linear expansion coefficient of the backing layer)×100≤120 and 80≤(linear expansion coefficient of the heat-resistant adhesive layer/linear expansion coefficient of the backing layer)×100≤120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
