PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus making a printing operation easy and efficient. SOLUTION: The printing apparatus has a first face on which a plurality of lenses are formed, a carrying means for carrying a lens sheet equipped with a second face being a face of an opposite side to the first face and a printing medium (hereinbelow a medium for separation type) oppositely arranged to the face of the opposite side to the first face, a printing means for printing at least one of characters and images, and a controlling means for performing controlling. The controlling means switches to one to meet with the medium from a plurality of user interfaces (for example, steps S311-S314 and steps S320-S324) for example, depending on the kind of the medium.
