PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a possibility to expand an area of use of DRM (Digital Rights Management) without waiting standardization of DRM+ by DRM consortium. SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a method for transmitting broadcast signals, with which a DRM signal and an FM (Frequency Modulation) multiplex signal are generated, to be used to carry the DRM signal.
