PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for applying corrosion preventive surface treatment on a permanent magnet by bonding the permanent magnet inserted into the hole of a core rigidly. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 9 exposes its composition material to the surface and bonded to a core 8 by thermoplastic resin (synthetic resin) 20 under a state where the permanent magnet 9 is inserted into the hole 14 of the core 8. As compared with a conventional adhesive, the thermoplastic resin 20 exhibits better fluidity and better adhesion to the core 8 and the permanent magnet 9 thus exhibiting excellent rigidity in bonding the permanent magnet 9 to the core 8. Consequently, position of the permanent magnet 9 in the hole 14 of the core 8 is stabilized, the permanent magnet 9 does not rub against the core 8 and promotion of corrosion is avoided on the surface of the permanent magnet 9. Since the permanent magnet 9 does not require corrosion preventive surface treatment, manufacturing process and cost can be reduced correspondingly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
