PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film hardly generating flatness defects such as curl and warp on a display body even if it is thin. SOLUTION: On the transparent conductive film formed by laminating a transparent conductive layer (B) on a biaxially oriented polyester film (A), a difference between a maximum and a minimum values of a plane orientation coefficient of the biaxially oriented polyester film (A) in a range of 50 cm square defined in this text is 0.007 or less, and an average value of the plane orientation coefficient is 0.11 to 0.15.
