PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad information communicating system using an existing signal power supply line as a communication path of PLC communication. SOLUTION: The railroad information communicating system transmits information between a main control device 10 and terminal devices 20, 30 connected through the signal power supply line 56 wired in a station facility by PCL communication using the signal power supply line 56 as the communication path. In passenger guide using this system, a passenger guiding device 2 in the main control device 10 generates passenger guiding information from various pieces of train information received from a service management system 1, and transmits data to the signal power supply line 56 through a PLC modem 6 for the passenger guiding device. The terminal device 20 (30) takes in passenger guiding information from the signal power supply line 56 through an automatic broadcasting PLC modem 21 (a display PLC modem 31), and makes guidance by a broadcasting device 23 (a display 33) after converting the information into voice information (display information).
