PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a vehicle rear side view field, and drainability in a vehicle tilting state lowering in a rear side, in a vehicle air conditioner adopted to a small-sized special vehicle such as an agricultural tractor. SOLUTION: An interior air-conditioning unit portion 13 is disposed so as to further project out to a rear side rather than a rear pillar 12 of a cabin at a ceiling portion of the cabin. A tilting draining passage 23a extending in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction and tilting downward from a vehicle rear side to a front side is formed at right and left both side parts of the cabin in a lower cover 23 covering a lower part of the interior air-conditioning unit portion 13. Condensed water of a rear side draining port 24b of the interior air-conditioning interior unit portion 13 is led to the tilting draining passage 23a, and a front side lower end portion of the tilting draining passage 23a is communicated to an inside space of the rear pillar 12 of a hollow shape.
