PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroller embodied in a lightweight construction by making a side vertical pipe with the minimum necessary length and establishing the protection of an infant sitting in the stroller about his/her sides and head. SOLUTION: The forefront of side plate 50 is mounted on a left and a right frame mounting member 31 to admit mounting of the tails of a left and a right side frame 24 which are to couple the front legs 12 with the rear legs 14, and also a head rest 52 is coupled with a seat back supporting frame 34 of a base seat 46, and the sides of the head rest 52 are coupled with the side plate 50.
