PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyimide film in which no minute projection is formed on one side and minute projections are formed anhydrously on the other side as a base film for forming minute wiring and a method for producing the film. SOLUTION: In the laminated polyimide film comprising at least two layers, inorganic particles of 0.004-10.0μm average particle size are incorporated in a polyimide film of a surface layer of one side. A large number of projections made of inorganic particles are formed uniformly in a proportion of 1×10 to -5×10<SP>8</SP>pieces/mm<SP>2</SP>over the entire region of the surface layer of the film.
