PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swinging tool for preventing bird injury, hardly having risk of being separated from an installing body. SOLUTION: The swinging tool for preventing the bird injury is constituted as follows. A connecting recessed part 23 and a connecting protruded part 24 engaging to each other are formed at each one terminal of a mutually facing fixed arm part 21 and swinging arm part 22 forming an attaching ring-shaped part 20, so that the attaching ring-shaped part 20 may be attached to an electric wire 1 of the installing body by fitting the connecting protruded part 24 in the connecting recessed part 23. As a result, the fitting of the connecting recessed part 23 and the connecting protruded part is not released even if the electric wire 1 is swung in the upper and lower (vertical) direction by a strong external force caused by strong wind or the like to prevent the electric wire 1 from slipping away from the interior of the attaching ring-shaped part 20, to prevent the swinging tool for preventing the bird injury from coming off from the electric wire 1, and thereby to enable the swinging tool for preventing the bird injury to be attached strongly to the electric wire 1.
