The device (1) has a massage unit (50) adjustably arranged at guiding units (10, 11). Two gliders (40, 60) adjust height position of the massage unit by changing angular alignment of the massage unit depending on a moving direction of the massage unit during the movement of the massage unit along the guiding units. The gliders are formed to align the massage unit in the height position during partial movement in the moving direction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a seat with a massage device (2) a method for massage on a seat (3) a method for improving blood circulation on a seat.
