<p>PURPOSE: A springing picture card is provided to allow a picture printed inside to be shown as the picture card rebounds by an elastic strap. CONSTITUTION: A hanging groove(3) is formed on a picture card body(9) folded by a foldable line and an elastic strap(4) is hung on the hanging groove(3). After forming a hanger on both ends of the elastic strap(4), a hanging hole is formed on the picture card body(9) for inserting the hanger. A foldable groove is formed on the foldable line of the picture card body(9) to make the folding easy. The separated body is folded by a folding tape for folding the body.</p> |
