<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which is small, simple and cost-effective, can be used with a small cannula, and combines a bipole and a monopole. <P>SOLUTION: It is an endoscope forceps 10. In what follows, a housing 20 has a shaft 12 which is attached to this housing 20. A driving assembly which is arranged on this housing 20 can operate so that it moves this jaw member from a first position to a second position to each other. A pair of handles 30 which is connected to this driving assembly operably can move to this housing 20 so that this driving assembly operates and moves this jaw member. A first switch and a second switch are provided. Each jaw member suits so that it is connected to the source of electrical energy.
