<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rising judgement device capable of accurately judging the rising of a sleeping person even when noise is superimposed on body movement signals due to vibrations other than the body movement of the sleeping person. <P>SOLUTION: The rising judgement device is provided with a sleep sensor (20) for detecting the body movement signals accompanying the body movement of the sleeping person, a respiration extraction means (32) for extracting respiration signals accompanying the respiration of the sleeping person from the body movement signals, and a heart rate extraction means (33) for extracting heart rate extraction signals for extracting heart rate signals accompanying the heart rate of the sleeping person from the body movement signals. The rising judgement means judges that the sleeping person has risen when the signal levels of two or more of the body movement signals, the respiratiion signals and the heart rate signals become a rising judgement threshold corresponding to each signal or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
