<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform product development fit for customer needs while keeping a business secret. <P>SOLUTION: In a product provision method wherein a process of commercialization from product planning to production is opened through a third party, commercialization of an enterprise holding the business secret is not considered, and cannot be considered. Item information is managed by use of a system allowing registration and browsing of the item information from a user terminal so as to solve such a problem. In the managed item information, similar item information is merged on the basis of order reception failure reason, and an introduction scale (money amount) is added to accumulate a money amount.
