<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present each user with an appropriate disaster action manual in consideration of not only user attributes but also a disaster type. <P>SOLUTION: A user database DB1 stores user attribute information such as division names and posts of users, an organization database DB2 stores organization attribute information such as structures of an organization and disaster headquarters, and a disaster action manual database DB3 stores disaster action manuals created in advance in accordance with the user attributes, organization attributes and disaster types. In response to delivery requests from electronic terminals TM1 to TMn, a management server SV1 reads out disaster action manuals corresponding to the requesting users' division names and posts and corresponding to a disaster type from the disaster action manual database DB3, and delivers them to the requesting electronic terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
