<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create animations that express movements in still pictures. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for creating animations includes: a relative change function storage part for storing relative change functions each showing how the area of change in a still picture in a plurality of animation images included in an animation is moved from a certain reference position to a position in the animation image in front of the still picture; a reference position acquiring part for acquiring the reference position that serves as the basis for changes in the area of change in every animation image; an absolute change function creating part for creating, based on the relative change function stored in the relative change function storage part, an absolute change function showing the movement of the area of change in the still picture shown by the relative change function stored in the relative change function storage part; and an animation creating part for creating an animation including the plurality of animation images created, by creating a plurality of animation images from a plurality of still pictures according to the absolute change function created by the absolute change function creating part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
