<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for opening/closing of a window which can prevent misdetection of catching caused by the percussion upon closing of a door, and can assure safety. <P>SOLUTION: In the control device for opening/closing of the window, a variation of the load of a motor for opening and closing the window and a predetermined threshold value are compared, whether or not a foreign substance is caught in the window is determined based on the result of the comparison, and the motor is controlled to open the window when the catching occurs. When an ignition switch is off and the door is open, it is determined that there is a good possibility of a passenger getting out, and the threshold value for determination of the catching is raised. When the ignition switch is on or the door is closed, it is determined that there is little possibility of a passenger getting out, and the threshold value for determination of the catching is kept unchanged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
