<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing cover capable of preventing the sleeves and breast part of Japanese clothes from getting wet or dirty when performing water work such as having a wash and washing in water in a rest room where a person easily touches water while going out wearing Japanese clothes, facilitating insertion of the arm into the sleeve when wearing and easy to wear, having an easy structure, easily producible, and usable for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This clothing cover is composed of a cover main body 3 made of a breast padding part 1 and a pair of sleeve parts 2 and 2 connected with both the ends of the breast padding part, a strap body 4 for neck hanging, and a pair of both side strap bodies 5 and 5 for tying the back waist. Each sleeve part 2 has an extensively narrowing sleeve opening 6.
