<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a grip member for a handle with an electric heater at a high yield rate in a simple process without using a synthetic resin core and without molding. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed groove 4 is spirally formed on an outer surface of an inner part 1 made of rubber, and a plurality of ribs 5 are formed along the longitudinal direction on an inner surface. The electric heater 7 forming a metal conductor in a tape shape is buried and fixed in the inside of the recessed groove 4, and electric wires 8a, 8b are respectively connected to both ends of the electric heater 7 and drawn out.
