<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a color filter that can control color balance although a color filter having prescribed color balance is used. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate with a color filter comprises a substrate 24, a color filter 28 laid on the substrate 24, a transparent conductive film 32 formed in the surface side of the color filter 28, and an alignment layer 36 formed in the surface side of the transparent conductive film 32. The color filter 28 and the alignment layer 36 of the substrate 20 with a color filter have prescribed spectral characteristics, and desired spectral characteristics are obtained by at least either controlling the film thickness or selecting a kind of the transparent conductive film 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
